About the position
The position involves providing maintenance services for bank-owned and foreclosure properties in the REO field service industry. Contractors will be responsible for various property maintenance tasks to ensure the properties are secure and well-maintained.
Responsibilities
- Perform lock changes and rekeying services.
- Provide lawn care and maintenance, including snow removal.
- Conduct trash-outs and debris removals.
- Carry out small repairs as needed.
- Perform tree trimming and tree removal services.
- Execute winterization of properties.
Requirements
- Must have a truck for transportation and service delivery.
- Possess a phone for communication and coordination.
