About The Position

UX Programs & Operations drives projects by increasing communication, streamlining the UX design process, and fostering a culture of user-centered development. You will join our multi-disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, to create industry-leading products based on user insights. As a UX Program Manager, you will combine expert project management with a passion for user experience to improve the design of products used by billions. Your role is to plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, create actionable insights, and ensure deadlines are met. You will harmonize the work of various UX disciplines and cross-functional partners to drive team objectives and create innovative experiences. Google's XR team is at the forefront of the next major leap the convergence of AI and XR. We are building a future where lightweight XR devices pair with helpful AI to augment human intelligence, offering personalized, conversational, and contextually aware experiences. As a UX Program Manager, you will partner closely with the XR UX Engineer (UXE) and Developer UX leads, as well as UX, Cross-functional (XFN) and Cross-Product Area (XPA) leads, to build and drive programs that support experiences across the full spectrum of Android XR devices. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, financial planning and analysis, business intelligence, or another relevant industry/discipline.
4 years of experience analyzing and translating data into insights, delivering recommendations for improvements, and presenting results of analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.
