About the position
The UX Designer role is a freelance position focused on enhancing the user experience of our platform through intuitive and user-centered design solutions. The designer will collaborate with various teams to understand user needs and business goals, translating these insights into actionable design concepts that improve usability and accessibility.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to understand user requirements and business goals.
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows that clearly communicate design concepts and user interactions.
- Iterate on design concepts based on user feedback and testing results, continuously improving usability and addressing pain points in the user journey.
- Ensure that all final designs align with the company's vision, brand identity, and business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and processes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with usability testing methods and user research techniques.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development skills.
