About the position

The UX Designer will be responsible for crafting and optimizing user experiences specifically for dashboard views and target analysis. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to design intuitive and visually engaging dashboards that enhance user interactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and design skills, facilitating user research and developing user journeys to inform the overall design strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly and visually appealing dashboards that allow for easy target analysis and data interpretation.
• Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience that aligns with business needs and user expectations.
• Conduct interviews with end-users and stakeholders to gather insights and understand requirements.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions to explore ideas, gather feedback, and define user journeys.
• Develop detailed user journeys to guide design decisions and optimize the overall user experience.
• Translate business goals and user needs into UX layouts and workflows that enhance usability and engagement.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for various dashboard views and analysis interfaces.
• Develop and iterate on UX designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure alignment between business objectives and design outcomes.
• Present UX designs and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed to refine designs.
• Conduct usability testing to validate design effectiveness and ensure user satisfaction.
• Iterate on designs based on user testing results and feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX design, particularly in creating dashboards and data-driven user interfaces.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous dashboard designs, user flows, and target analysis work.
• Experience conducting user interviews, brainstorming sessions, and gathering qualitative data to inform design decisions.
• Proficiency with UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows and journey maps.
• Excellent communication skills to convey design concepts and work effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to analyze complex data and workflows, designing solutions that simplify user interactions with dashboards and target analysis tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in designing UX for data visualization or analytics platforms.
