About the position

Korn Ferry is seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer with Enterprise SaaS experience to join their product organization. The role focuses on crafting user-centered experiences that enhance the functionality of enterprise solutions for leading organizations. The UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and design, ensuring that user insights are integrated into the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the UX and product design across the entire product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with design team members on the overall product vision and the new KF Design System.
• Utilize human-centered design methods to shape product strategy through user research and testing.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Research, and Writing teams to deliver effective user experiences.
• Drive understanding of user workflows to ensure insights are operationalized seamlessly.
• Take ownership of design work from early concepts to final implementation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in UX design for Enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience in shipping products and creating scalable solutions for modern workforces.
• Strong skills in simplifying complex problems into effective user interfaces.
• A human-centered design mentality with a focus on empathy and user research.
• Confidence in exploring and refining design concepts to align with product vision.
• Experience translating research findings into clear design improvements.
• Effective communication skills for presenting design ideas to cross-functional teams.
• A keen eye for quality and detail in design principles.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience designing Human Capital Management (HCM) SaaS and Compensation Strategy offerings.
• Experience working with or contributing to a design system.
• Familiarity with designing data visualization and analytics features.
• Experience with iterative design processes for UX outcomes.
