Requirements

3 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in a food, process, high-speed packaging or Form-Fill-Seal industry
Previous forklift experience
Technical knowledge of aseptic processes, equipment and products
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to interpret, communicate and execute plans or instructions in a time sensitive manner with limited direction and resources
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 55 lbs)
Team-player mindset who shows up on time and ready to work

Responsibilities

Work with cross functional production teams and provide coverage to various lines or processes
Makes proper hook-ups and line set-up activities for starting and operating lines
Organizes and executes rework
Ensure line communication boards are filled out
Trains new team members on-line operation, including equipment and control system operation, documentation and sampling requirements
Responsible for troubleshooting and communicating production issues to Supervisor
Safely operates a forklift in order to keep assigned work area supplied with necessary production materials
Audits line staff’s paperwork to ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and in real time
