Requirements

• A natural desire and ability to empathize and engage with users: their wants, needs and perceptions
• Experience building intuitive information architectures and sites that guide users down carefully crafted user flows
• Experience planning, conducting, and analyzing user research studies, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and other methods
• A portfolio with examples that show innovative ways to solve user problems
• A strong desire to create innovative, human-centered digital experiences that are intuitive and engaging
• An ability to communicate clearly, concisely and with as few buzzwords as possible
• An appreciation of the importance of the written word in interface design
• A background (degree or experience) in design or HCI

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in Figma and UserTesting
• Experience leading the development of UXO strategies that enhance user engagement, satisfaction, and conversion across digital platforms
• Experience with VWO, Optimizely, or comparable A/B Testing platforms
• Familiarity with front-end development best practices, languages and frameworks including HTML, CSS, React, Next.js, etc.
