The User Experience Designer is a strategic and execution-focused digital professional responsible for enhancing the visual appeal, usability, and conversion performance of Focus on the Family's digital properties. This role directly supports ministry marketing campaigns through the creation of weekly promotional emails and landing pages and continuously improves the online store experience using A/B testing and data-driven design.
