About the position

We are looking for an energetic, passionate and highly motivated experienced Sales Manager to guide our sales team to achieve success. To keep up with growing sales volumes, we need a top performing Sales Manager with a proven track record of exceptional customer service and sales, as well as the ability to train and motivate a team to become high performers. Drawing on your 2 or more years of experience, you will create a positive sales culture and team atmosphere with a focus on employee retention and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Work with each salesperson and manager to work on specific goals and objectives that are set and established
  • Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits
  • Conduct Sales meetings
  • Maintain a balanced inventory in used sales
  • Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy that can help the dealership meets its goals in sales
  • Play an active role in the community

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience in sales management
  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service and sales
  • Ability to train and motivate a team
