Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care to customers by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders.
• Counsel customers regarding health care and prescription medication needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and documentation.
• Administer immunizations and other health programs as required.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
• Model and enforce proper customer service techniques to associates.
• Analyze reports and monitor safety and quality assurance reviews.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to identify business needs and implement solutions.
• Promote a culture of patient care, safety, and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.
