About the position
The Personal Shopper at Sam's Club is responsible for enhancing Membership value by providing information on benefits, processing Memberships, and fulfilling Member orders. This role emphasizes safety, customer service, and compliance with company policies while ensuring accurate order fulfillment and promoting company products and services.
Responsibilities
- Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of Company products and services.
- Processes Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participates in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
- Maintains safety of the facility by following safety standards and procedures, conducting safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
- Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy.
- Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers, identifying priorities, and adapting to changes.
- Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues and concerns.
- Complies with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity in executing business processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
