About the position

The position involves providing exceptional member service at Sam's Club, assisting members with their needs, and supervising associates in the assigned area. Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging member needs and offering guidance on self-service technology.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues and concerns.
• Supervise associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, and providing training on processes and procedures.
• Maintain safety in the facility by conducting safety sweeps and following hazardous material procedures.
• Organize and maintain the sales floor, including stocking and arranging merchandise according to company policies.
• Monitor food and merchandise quality, ensuring product rotation and sanitation standards are followed.
• Oversee the picking and staging of club pick-up orders throughout the day.
• Develop and implement processes to meet business needs by collaborating with managers and analyzing information.
• Promote compliance with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Lead and participate in teams to coordinate work assignments and ensure quality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months of retail experience.
• 6 months of customer service experience.
