About the position

The position also involves driving omni-channel performance and efficiencies by collaborating with stakeholders to obtain market research and data, reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs), and building action plans to improve performance. Additionally, it drives store-level efforts for omni-channel adoption through social media networks and customer interactions, while also monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role includes developing and leveraging internal and external partnerships to achieve business goals and providing supervision and development opportunities for associates.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • 2 years' experience in retail operations or related field, or 5 years' experience in retail operations or related field.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license.
