About the position

The position involves providing overall direction for business strategies and operational processes within a medium- or small-scale facility. The role focuses on attracting and maintaining a skilled workforce, ensuring compliance with company standards, and fostering community relationships. The individual will lead financial management, monitor performance, and promote a customer-focused environment while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Recruiting, selecting, and developing talent to maintain a highly skilled workforce.
  • Cultivating an environment of integrity and ethics among associates.
  • Developing internal and external partnerships to achieve business goals.
  • Resolving associate, customer, and supplier concerns through investigation and decision-making.
  • Participating in community organizations and promoting company-sponsored programs.
  • Managing financial aspects of the facility, including budget tracking and expense approval.
  • Leading facility leadership by communicating goals and monitoring performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with logistics and quality standards across the facility.
  • Facilitating continuous improvement efforts consistent with the Walmart Performance System.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 3 years' supervisory experience in a senior management role within an operation, distribution, supply chain, or retail environment, or 5 years' supervisory experience in a similar role.
