About the position
As a member of the Sam's Club team, you will play a crucial role in communicating and explaining Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members. Your responsibilities will include assisting with account decisions, building Membership levels, encouraging renewals, and promoting the value of Sam's Club products and services. You will also provide exceptional Customer/Member service by acknowledging their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and maintaining a safe shopping environment. In addition to customer service, you will maintain the Gas Station/Car Wash area by ensuring cleanliness, accurate pricing signage, and compliance with company policies. This includes handling claims and returns, organizing merchandise, and ensuring a safe work environment. You will receive and stock merchandise from distribution centers, operate cash registers, and maintain equipment in the Gas Station/Car Wash area, all while adhering to company procedures.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and explain Membership types, programs, and benefits to Members.
- Assist with account decisions and encourage Membership renewals.
