About the position

The position involves communicating with individuals or groups verbally and in writing, including customers, suppliers, and associates. Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing.
• Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on policies and procedures.
• Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns and determine corrective actions.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties and monitoring performance.
• Build high-performing teams and create a workplace where associates feel supported.
• Act with integrity and promote the highest standards of ethics and compliance.
• Deliver results while putting the customer first and adapting to their shopping needs.
• Drive continuous improvements and encourage learning from mistakes.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience.
• 2 years Walmart Logistics experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience supervising associates.
• Familiarity with Walmart Logistics Systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics.
