About the position

The Service Operator II - Frac/Acid position at Halliburton involves performing essential calculations for fluid quality verification at wellsites, rigging up and down equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction with services provided. The role requires managing chemical inventory, maintaining fluid quality during service delivery, and participating in safety and quality improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform necessary calculations for fluids quality verification at the wellsite.
• Perform equipment rig up and rig down on location and prepare equipment for jobs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with work performed.
• Manage chemical inventory at the wellsite and pre-blend fluid systems operations.
• Maintain fluids quality during service delivery according to customer job design and KPIs.
• Collect and distribute data on jobs as needed.
• Coordinate cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
• Utilize competency processes to enhance employee skills development and job performance.
• Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
• Participate in quality and continuous improvement processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• One year of experience and completion of required competencies at current and next level.
• Class A CDL licensure.
• Satisfactory driver record with no DWI/DUI convictions in the past three years or any current DWI/DUI charges.
