About the position

The US Project Manager at Sézane will play a crucial role in leading the end-to-end project management of retail stores and pop-ups, ensuring successful execution through collaboration with various internal and external teams. This position is based in Los Angeles and involves regular domestic travel, focusing on innovative project delivery and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of retail stores/pop-ups and other special projects.
• Act as the main liaison between internal and external teams, reporting on timelines, budgets, and key milestones.
• Ensure legal and contract adherence regarding design, permitting, insurance, and property requirements.
• Source and manage market-specific relationships to facilitate long-term partnerships.
• Deliver accurate floor plans, finishes, and materials as specified by internal architecture teams.
• Act as the on-the-ground lead during construction, installation, and opening of projects.
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to plan opening events and activities.

Requirements

• Must be Los Angeles-based and able to work in person at the West Hollywood office a minimum of three days per week.
• 3-5 years of hands-on project management experience, preferably in retail build outs.
• Basic architecture and interior design knowledge is a plus.
• Proven track record managing fast-paced, high-expectations projects.
• Excellent project management and time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in French and English is a plus.
• Familiarity with managing external construction teams and vendors.

Benefits

• Annual salary range: $85,000 - $100,000, depending on skills and experience.
