About the position
Texoma Medical Center is seeking a Urologist to join a hospital-affiliated multi-specialty group. This position is created to replace a retiring physician and to manage the ongoing growth of the urology department. The role involves performing standard urologic procedures, including robotics, and will benefit from a strong referral base.
Responsibilities
- Perform standard urologic procedures including robotics.
- Manage ongoing growth of the urology department.
- Participate in a call-sharing rotation of 1:3.
- Collaborate with two established staff Urologists and one independent provider.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with a specialization in Urology.
- Board certification in Urology or eligibility for certification.
- Experience in performing robotic urologic procedures.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a multi-specialty group setting.
- Familiarity with the local community and its amenities.
