About the position
The University Recruiter will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts at universities, coordinating career fairs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This role involves collaboration with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and manage the selection process for candidates.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and coordination for career fairs and other university-sponsored events
- Participate in local and national university recruiting events
- Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop a recruiting strategy
- Manage the applicant flow and selection process of candidates
- Work with the team to ensure an excellent candidate recruitment experience for all applicants
Requirements
- At least one year in a similar role (college recruiting, university relations, or similar)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to travel during peak recruiting cycles
