About the position

The University Recruiter at TSMC Arizona is responsible for managing and executing full life-cycle campus and entry-level recruiting efforts. This role focuses on attracting recent graduates and potential interns, enhancing employer branding, and building relationships with key stakeholders in the academic community. The recruiter will coordinate university programs, manage recruitment processes, and ensure compliance with data protection legislation while staying informed of industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute full life-cycle campus and entry-level recruiting throughout the year to achieve hiring goals.
  • Develop and execute meaningful campus events to build relationships with career centers, university faculty, and student organizations.
  • Plan, coordinate, execute, and lead specific university programs and on-campus recruiting activities.
  • Serve as a main contact throughout the recruitment process, communicating status, answering questions, and extending offers.
  • Work closely with the talent acquisition team to execute strategic campus initiatives.
  • Own specific aspects of campus recruitment or internship programs as assigned.
  • Use Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with data protection legislation.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related major.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, ideally in campus recruiting.
  • Good project management, analytical, and cross-team communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
