The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) focused on providing excellent client service and efficient transaction completion. This role involves handling various client transactions, identifying and understanding client financial needs, and supporting sales and service activities. The Universal Banker will also assist with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities, educating clients on digital banking solutions, and participating in team sales processes. A key aspect of the role is understanding and applying Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) principles to deliver Truist expertise and solutions. The position requires active participation in leadership routines, continuous learning of products and services, adherence to internal controls and risk management policies, and serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
