The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) focused on providing excellent client service and efficient transaction completion. This role involves handling various client transactions, understanding their financial needs, and supporting sales activities. The Universal Banker will also educate clients on digital banking solutions and participate in outbound calling to identify client needs or opportunities. A key aspect of the role is understanding Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist's expertise and solutions. The position requires active participation in leadership routines, continuous learning of products and services, adherence to internal controls and risk management policies, and serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
