About the position
As a Full-Time Universal Banker Float, you will be an ambassador of a dynamic and growing banking environment, providing top-notch customer service. This position is based out of our Maumelle, Arkansas branch and requires a passion for serving the public and being a community influencer.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Act as a community influencer and champion of service.
- Maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere within the banking family.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong math skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- A passion for serving the public.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous cash handling experience.
- Previous banking experience.
- Residency within 30 miles of Maumelle, AR or willingness to relocate.
