About the position

The position involves organizing, coordinating, and implementing various resident services and programs while acting as an information source for residents regarding local market resources. The role requires greeting prospects and residents, monitoring guest traffic, answering phone calls, assisting residents with luggage carts, and managing package deliveries. Additionally, the position includes maintaining logs for community security, equipment rentals, and vendor services, as well as keeping detailed information on local area amenities.

Responsibilities

  • Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area, ensuring comfort while they wait.
  • Monitors guest traffic.
  • Answers phone calls and routes them to the appropriate team member.
  • Assists residents with checking in or out of luggage carts.
  • Monitors parking lot for team members and vendors.
  • Monitors fire alarm panel and security cameras.
  • Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours.
  • Keeps a daily log of events and community security status, reporting concerns to management.
  • Maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services.
  • Assists in calling vendors for service tickets for laundry room services.
  • Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, and delivery places.
  • Books freight elevator for move-in, move-out, and furniture deliveries.
