Responsibilities
- Conduct transactional underwriting for high net worth clients.
- Collaborate with risk management to enhance risk profiles.
- Build strong relationships with agents and provide coaching on new business solutions.
- Utilize technology tools to monitor and manage the quality of the book of business.
- Work with Distribution and Marketing teams to develop business-driving plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5+ years of high net worth personal lines underwriting experience.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
