This role serves as a general security presence and a visible deterrent to crime and client policy violations. The officer will detect suspicious activities and report any criminal acts or policy violations that may pose a threat to physical assets, customers, or client employees. Responsibilities include patrolling the exterior of the facility and parking area by foot, reporting incidents, accidents, and medical emergencies immediately to a supervisor, and addressing security-related complaints with proper documentation. The role also requires maintaining daily activity reports, consistent performance, attendance, uniform appearance, and professional grooming. Maintaining professional communication with clients and customers, as well as a pro-active loss prevention presence, are key aspects of this position.
