About The Position

Security Services Northwest, Inc. (SSNW) is a full-service security company founded in 1977, offering professional security services for residential, commercial, and industrial customers across multiple states. Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Must be able to obtain a Washington State Unarmed Security Guard License
Honesty and Integrity
Able to work non-traditional hours including swings, graveyard, weekends, and holidays
Ability to react appropriately in high stress situations
Smart phone to access the apps we use for scheduling, clocking in/out, and reporting.
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Nice To Haves

2-4 years of combined experience (Military, Law Enforcement, and/or Security) preferred
Prior Public Safety and/or Military experience preferred
Knowledge of security protocols, and equipment

Responsibilities

Act as a visual deterrent to prevent theft, embezzlement, sabotage, fire, and accidents
Conduct regular patrols
Monitor activities
Surveillance
Access Control
Safety escorts
Using provided communication devices
Represent SSNW’s brand
Properly wear the issued uniform
Complete Daily Activity Reports (DAR)
Complete Incident Reports
Work with local law enforcement, and emergency services
Provide friendly assistance to customers, employees and visitors following the department's procedures.
