About the position
As a U.S. Army Physical Therapy Specialist, you will assist licensed Physical Therapists in treating and rehabilitating patients with various injuries and illnesses. The role focuses on decreasing pain and promoting a physically fit lifestyle, ensuring patients are in optimal physical condition. You will receive comprehensive training to provide patient care and administer physical therapy treatments aimed at treating disabilities and preventing future injuries.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in treating and rehabilitating patients.
- Administer physical therapy treatments to patients.
- Provide patient care to help decrease pain and promote fitness.
- Participate in on-the-job training to enhance skills in physical therapy.
- Educate patients on injury prevention and therapeutic exercises.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident with a valid Green Card.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in Anatomy knowledge.
