About the position
The Turndown Attendant at Conrad Indianapolis is a vital role within the Housekeeping Team, responsible for ensuring guest rooms are clean and well-prepared for guests' comfort. This position offers an opportunity to grow within a prestigious luxury hotel brand, recognized as the first true luxury hotel in the city and a Forbes recommended establishment. The role requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as required.
- Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply cart daily.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables.
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Perform guest turn down service, including partially removing and storing bedcover, fulfilling specified guest preferences, and replenishing amenities, linens, and supplies.
