The Tullabee Brand Representative plays a crucial role in driving revenue and providing exceptional service to guests. This position focuses on relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Build relationships with guests to create loyalty and consistently receive positive feedback.
• Communicate effectively with store management and guests.
• Complete opening and closing procedures with a focus on guest service.
• Locate merchandise effectively and maintain organization in the store.
• Perform register transactions quickly and efficiently, handling cash accurately.
• Adhere to loss prevention practices and report potential incidents.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards to leadership.
• Assist in preparing for store inventory and maintain accurate time records.
• Construct merchandising and window displays, ensuring a clean store environment.
• Represent the brand through appropriate dress and grooming standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and squatting frequently.
• Ability to occasionally climb ladders and stairs, depending on location.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
