About The Position

As a Trust Officer, you will be a member of the Trust Relationship Team in Reno, NV. You are well versed in the legal aspects of trust administration and explain concepts in a client-friendly manner. You specialize in working with existing beneficiaries and trustors. You will be responsible for managing a book of complex fiduciary relationships and delivering high quality fiduciary services. In this role, you will build and maintain relationships throughout our firm, while working in a collaborative manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of fiduciary or trust administration experience
• Comfortable mentoring less experienced associates
• Thrive in an evolving environment
• Comfortable contributing at all levels
• Motivated by deep fiduciary analysis and complex trust administration
• Known as an “expert” when it comes to trusts, including talking about trust creation and detailing available services
• Experience working with a Trust Committee
• Anticipate the needs of clients, beneficiaries and business partners
• Actively seek ways to provide better service
