About the position

Penske Logistics is seeking full-time Local Class A Doubles CDL Truck Drivers to perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $31, with overtime pay after 40 hours, and allows drivers to be home daily. The position involves operating late model trucks and requires a commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Work at various dedicated accounts and shifts locally as needed
• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered

Requirements

• CDL Class A required
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Ability to work the required schedule and complete Penske employment application
• Submit to a background investigation and drug screening required
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required
