Responsibilities
- Transport temperature-controlled freight across Wisconsin and into neighboring states.
- Ensure timely delivery of refrigerated loads, primarily cheese and other frozen products.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage routes effectively to optimize delivery times and minimize downtime.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding any issues or delays during transport.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience with refrigerated freight preferred but not mandatory.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience as a Driver Trainer.
- Familiarity with the Dairyland region and its routes.
