About the position

As a Treasury Sales Group Manager in Specialized Industries at JPMorgan Chase, you will lead and develop a team of Treasury Management Officers, Associates, and Analysts dedicated to supporting Healthcare, Higher Education, and Nonprofit client segments. This role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences while managing risk and guiding the team effectively. You will collaborate with various internal teams to develop and execute localized strategies for market growth and product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and manage a team of Treasury sales professionals to achieve positive performance results.
• Provide direction and coordination to build successful relationships.
• Monitor staff performance, providing appropriate coaching, recognition, and feedback.
• Build collaborative internal relationships with the Regional Treasury Sales Team, bankers, and other internal partners.
• Participate in partner meetings and communicate key Treasury Management messages in a timely and accurate manner.
• Apply sound risk management protocols and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement client, market, people, and business strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of sales and industry experience.
• 3+ years of sales leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build, direct, and manage a sales/relationship management team.
• Knowledge of treasury products and solutions.
• Highly motivated, independent worker within a team-oriented culture with a focus on DE&I.
• Excellent client management skills.
• Ability to communicate and present to large groups.
• Demonstrated sales coaching abilities including successful sales and marketing skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
