About the position

The Treasury Onboarding Project Manager/Change Implementation Consultant 2 is responsible for managing the onboarding process for treasury customers, ensuring a smooth implementation of financial products designed to enhance profitability. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including external customers and product vendors, to deliver quality implementation experiences while managing multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process for treasury customers after product adoption.
  • Provide guidance on effectively using treasury products, including demonstrating ACH functionality.
  • Prepare project scope/plan, statement of work, and project milestones for implementation.
  • Collaborate with external customers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely customer setup.
  • Handle multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks based on various stages and priorities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management/implementation experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with electronic payments, specifically ACH and card payments.
  • Familiarity with treasury product solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex material to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
