Responsibilities

  • Responsible for expanding the customer and deposit base through networking and sales calling with an emphasis on developing strong relationships.
  • Responsible for identifying potential solutions to client needs as requested, or as a result of a needs analysis.
  • Identifies and develops profitable cash management account relationships from small to large, complex customers.
  • Proactively contacts prospective clients obtained through networking, client, bank referrals, and market strategies to develop leads.
  • Consults with prospective customers to identify needs and develops requests for proposals (RFP).
  • Ensures appropriate approval is in place for selected products and ensures ongoing compliance.
  • Performs a variety of sales and marketing functions to include the preparation of account pricing Proforma, proposal documents, and sales presentations.
  • Develops new cash management business, managing all elements of the sales cycle.
  • Preparing and presenting comprehensive sales proposals and presentations to customers.
  • Provides recommendations to existing customers on enhancements to existing product portfolio.
  • Serves as a liaison between the bank and customers regarding issue resolution.
  • Partners with internal operations to ensure new services are established correctly and timely.
  • Maintains knowledge of banking products and services, as well as knowledge of the industries or market areas served.
  • Establishes good rapport with customer base and ensures customer satisfaction.
  • Participates in community involvement activities to enhance Bank's visibility, image and reputation.
  • Maintains consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years Treasury Management sales experience for Treasury Management Officer I.
  • Minimum of 4 years treasury management experience for Treasury Management Officer II.
  • Minimum of 6 years of treasury management experience for Treasury Management Officer III.
  • Minimum of 8 years of treasury management experience for Treasury Management Officer IV.
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software required.
  • Familiarity with various financial payment software applications preferred.
