About the position
The Perfect Performance Baseball Coach will be responsible for developing and leading travel and showcase baseball teams for athletes aged 10U-16U. This part-time role focuses on creating an engaging and effective practice environment while fostering a positive team culture that encourages players to develop their skills and love for the game. Coaches will report directly to the Director of Baseball and will be integral in implementing the Outlaws' development philosophy.
Responsibilities
- Facilitating a great team environment
- Managing rosters and lineups in leagues and tournaments
- Running team and multi-team satellite practices
- Fostering a growth mindset and desire for coaching development
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of recruiting experience
- School experience in baseball
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Nice-to-haves
- Experience playing collegiate or professional baseball
- Experience coaching baseball at the high school or collegiate level
- A history of independent learning
- Creative solutions to unique training limitations
