About the position

Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Radiology Technician to perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, in various healthcare settings. This role involves preparing patients, operating imaging equipment, processing films, and managing patient records. The position offers opportunities for both long-term and short-term assignments, allowing for flexibility and adventure in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Take medical images of patients for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients for X-rays and other imaging procedures.
• Operate X-ray technology and other radiologic equipment such as CTs and MRIs.
• Process films for radiologists and physicians.
• Handle patient records and ensure accurate documentation.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent experience as an X-ray technologist.
• ARRT Certification.
• BLS Certification (AHA).
• Current state license (if applicable).
