Travel Physician

About the position

TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a full-time physician to join our elite emergency medicine (EM) special operations travel team in Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia. Our special operations team works at select emergency departments (ED) and physicians work 120 hours per month in blocks with blocked time off.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the emergency medicine special operations travel team.
• Provide emergency medical care in select emergency departments.
• Work 120 hours per month in blocks with blocked time off.

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in ABEM or AOBEM.
• Emergency medicine (EM) residency training required.
• Flexibility to travel.
