Responsibilities

• Provide home health therapy services to patients.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Knowledge of OASIS Electronic Documentation.
• BLS certification required.
• Home health experience strongly preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with adaptive devices and assistive devices.
• Knowledge of pain assessment and strength testing.
• Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and post-stroke rehabilitation.
