About the position
Stability Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Salem, Massachusetts. This role involves providing care to patients in a progressive care setting, with a focus on delivering high-quality nursing services during a 13-week travel assignment. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Document patient care and progress accurately in medical records.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Experience in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Previous travel nursing experience.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
