Full-time - Mid Level
Ravenna, OH
Administrative and Support Services

About the position

As a registered nurse in the Intermediate Care Unit (RN IMC) at Cross Country Nurses, you will play a crucial role in managing the care of patients who are experiencing severe, yet typically non-life-threatening health issues. This position requires a moderately complex assessment of patients and the implementation of moderately intensive therapies and interventions. You will be responsible for monitoring patients who require a higher level of care than what is provided in a general medical-surgical unit, but do not yet need the full resources of an intensive care unit. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that patients receive the appropriate care and support during their recovery process. In this travel nursing role, you will work 12-hour night shifts, totaling 36 hours per week, for a duration of 13 weeks. The position offers a competitive pay package, including the potential to earn up to $1,500 in bonuses, which includes a $750 sign-on bonus and a $750 completion bonus for select positions. To qualify for these bonuses, assignments must be 12 weeks or longer. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses looking to expand their experience in a dynamic and supportive environment while enjoying the benefits of travel nursing. Cross Country Nurses is committed to providing a rewarding experience for our travel nurses, offering private housing or a generous housing allowance, comprehensive health insurance with prescription coverage, and competitive salaries. We also provide referral bonuses, travel reimbursement, and a 401(k) retirement plan, along with direct deposit and free checking.
