Vibra Travels is seeking a travel nurse RN specializing in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for a 13-week assignment in Collierville, Tennessee. The role involves providing acute care nursing services, with a focus on ICU patients. Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the ICU setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.

Requirements

• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.
• 1 full year of RN experience required.
• Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing required.
• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
• Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP may be required.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
