About the position
Nurse First is seeking a travel MRI Technologist to provide specialized imaging services in Nashua, New Hampshire. This role involves working 40 hours per week on evening shifts for a duration of 13 weeks, focusing on delivering high-quality patient care while traveling to different locations.
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI scans on patients as per physician's orders.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Maintain and operate MRI equipment according to safety standards.
- Document and report any abnormalities or issues during scans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.
Requirements
- Valid MRI Technologist license and certification.
- Experience in MRI imaging and patient care.
- Ability to work evening shifts and adapt to different work environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with different MRI machines and technologies.
- BLS certification.
- Previous travel experience as a technologist.
