About the position

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) position is a travel nursing role based in New London, New Hampshire, offering a 13-week assignment. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of RNs and physicians.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs.
• Document patient care activities accurately.
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans, adapting as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on health care needs and medication administration.
• Respond to emergency situations with calm and efficient action.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited LVN program.
• Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in New Hampshire (or compact license).
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of LVN experience, ideally in a travel nursing setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work well in fast-paced environments and adapt to new teams quickly.
• Compassionate, reliable, and highly motivated to provide excellent care.
