Requirements

  • All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement

Responsibilities

  • Meets Guests at designated locations.
  • Coordinates/Communicates with the Transportation Team all guests that need to be picked up or taken back to their resort.
  • Walk guests to and from the sales centers.
  • Maintain a courteous, smiling personality at all times while following the Hilton culture.
  • Checks and corrects manifested tours daily for accurate transportation pick-up.
  • Keeps track of daily gas receipts.
  • Ensure timely transportation pickups are communicated.
  • Greet customers, vendors, guests and team members in a manner in which will promote the highest level of customer service.
  • Carries out all reasonable requests by management of which the employee is capable of performing.
