Requirements
- All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement
Responsibilities
- Meets Guests at designated locations.
- Coordinates/Communicates with the Transportation Team all guests that need to be picked up or taken back to their resort.
- Walk guests to and from the sales centers.
- Maintain a courteous, smiling personality at all times while following the Hilton culture.
- Checks and corrects manifested tours daily for accurate transportation pick-up.
- Keeps track of daily gas receipts.
- Ensure timely transportation pickups are communicated.
- Greet customers, vendors, guests and team members in a manner in which will promote the highest level of customer service.
- Carries out all reasonable requests by management of which the employee is capable of performing.
