Responsibilities
- Manage daily service requirements and customer relationships
- Manage all transportation and logistics for shipments to and from customers
- Provide accurate and timely reports to our team
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year truck brokering and dispatch experience with dry vans
- Minimum of 1 year managing truck and/or shipper following
- Detail oriented with the ability to maintain a positive attitude towards customers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of software
- Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA rules and regulations
- Ability to generate and develop new customer relationships
