Responsibilities

• Transport individuals to various destinations including work, shopping, and medical appointments.
• Assist individuals in entering and exiting the vehicle safely.
• Secure wheelchairs and ensure the safety of passengers during transport.
• Utilize GPS and smartphones for navigation and communication.
• Provide exceptional customer service to individuals and their families.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of driving experience with a good driving record.
• Ability to physically transfer individuals in and out of the vehicle.
• Must pass a CORI, SORI, OIG, drug test, and pre-employment physical.
