About The Position

The Transportation Analyst is a critical link between warehouse operations and our carrier network. This role focuses on optimizing outbound logistics through precise routing, system management, and carrier performance analysis. When warehouse volume surges or operational needs arise, the Transportation Analyst will be expected to support floor operations, including: Monitoring the staging areas to ensure routed loads are physically prepared for carrier arrival. Assisting with manual order picking, packing, or palletizing during high-volume windows. Verifying trailer seals and performing physical inspections of outbound equipment. Directly assisting the outbound shipping team with dock management and trailer loading coordination.

  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods on the warehouse floor and lift to 40 lbs. when supporting operational tasks.
  • Adherence to all OSHA standards and identifying potential hazards to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
